Every project comes in a little different, so pricing is not one size fits all. The cost can shift based on the home itself, the rooms involved, access, location, and how much support is needed. The pricing below is meant to give you a general starting point, but the best way to get accurate numbers is to reach out for a custom quote.
STAGING
Staging prices depend on the home and the plan for the space. A smaller home does not always mean a lower quote, and a larger home does not always mean more. Sometimes it comes down to layout, what furniture is needed, and how much is being brought in to make the home feel finished and ready for photos or showings.
Vacant
Vacant staging pricing can vary quite a bit depending on the layout, the types of rooms being staged, ease of access, location, and the inventory needed for the home. In many cases, vacant staging projects average around $3,000.

That initial price includes the staging service fee, inventory rental, and delivery and pickup for a 30-day term. Pricing is built around the actual staging plan, item by item, so two homes with similar square footage can still land at very different totals.
Owner-Occupied
Owner-occupied staging pricing also varies from project to project. Things like the home’s layout, the number of rooms involved, access, location, and the amount of inventory needed all play a part. Most owner-occupied staging projects fall between $2,000 and $3,700.

The initial price includes the staging service fee, inventory rental when needed, and delivery and pickup for a 30-day term. Some homes need a lighter touch. Others need more brought in. That is why the final number can move around.
PRE-LISTING EDIT
Our Pre-Listing Edit service usually ranges from $400 to $750, depending on the size of the home and the level of feedback needed. This service is typically done remotely through video consultation. For clients who would rather have one of our designers come out in person, $50 will be added to the total project cost.
HOW STAGING QUOTES WORK
Most staging quotes start with a video upload, and there is no charge for that. It gives our team what they need to review the property and put together a proposal. If an agent or homeowner would rather have an in-person walkthrough, that usually ranges from $50 to $100 depending on location.

​Those walkthroughs are generally short and are mainly used to gather details, answer a few questions, and capture the home so we can build the quote from there.
STAGING TERMS AND EXTENSIONS
Initial staging pricing covers a 30 day term. If the home needs to stay staged longer, renewal pricing will be listed in your personalized proposal. Extension rates are prorated and typically apply to inventory rental only.
