Owner-occupied staging pricing varies widely depending on a number of factors (sq ft, types of rooms, ease-of-access, location, etc.), but most occupied stages range between $1,800 - $3,500.
PRE-LISTING EDIT
Our Pre-Listing Edit service pricing varies based on the home's square footage, typically ranging from $250 to $750. This service is offered remotely via video consultation; however, if you prefer an in-person visit from one of our designers, a travel fee may apply.
INTERIOR DESIGN
Interior design pricing can vary depending on the type and scope of a given project. The Designer for a Day service is a flat fee of $750, while the rate for all other design services is billed at an hourly rate of $175. No design project is the same; therefore, the total cost of a project varies greatly. Our team will provide you with an estimate following the initial consultation.
