Professional Home Staging in Denver: Vacant & Owner-Occupied Services
First impressions are everything.
Great staging is great marketing. From the buyer’s first impression on Zillow to submitting an offer following their showing, beautiful staging inspires and influences decisions.

Vacant Staging
Our main goal when we furnish and style vacant homes is to draw eyes toward positive features and show buyers the home’s true potential. "Vacant" means that no one will be occupying the property for any period of time while staging items are present.
The most common, influential areas to be staged include the Living Room, Dining Room, Primary Bedroom, Kitchen and Office. Our vacant stages can range from a couple rooms up to a complete home stage.
Owner-Occupied Staging
"Owner-Occupied" means that one or more individuals will be living in the home for any period of time while staging items are present. This service is beneficial for the many Colorado sellers that find themselves in limbo, looking (or waiting) for their next home while trying to sell their current one.
While an occupied home may be fully furnished, it’s likely not living up to its full potential. Many real estate agents and homeowners are amazed at what throw pillows, artwork, and accessories can do! Sometimes we’re just “refreshing” the home with said items and sometimes we’re fully staging a few unused rooms while the homeowner is still living there. Our main goal with owner-occupied staging is to elevate and bring new life to the home.
Pre-Listing Edit
Not looking to bring in staging items, but need advice on how to make the most of the seller's current furniture and decor? If the answer is yes, this option is for you.
Our Pre-Listing Edit is a great option for instances where staging is unnecessary or not practical.
We will provide a Prep List which details room-by-room what to move/remove prior to photography and showings.
