Job Description
The Lead Staging Designer is responsible for leading all staging activities as well as supporting the business owner. This role will take place in an ever-changing environment where no two days are alike and without set routines. We continuously seek to incorporate new interior design trends and concepts, so we strongly encourage creative input and suggestions! Organization is key for this role. This role requires traveling to various properties and shopping centers throughout greater Denver and Boulder.
What you’ll do...
● Lead a team of movers and other designers on all on-site staging installs
● Prepare for all stages by planning, selecting, and packing inventory
● On-site project management (hanging art and moving large furniture is required)
● Assist with sourcing product and materials, both in store and online
● Organize and track current inventory
● Complete general administrative duties and projects as needed
● Meet with current and prospective staging clients at their listing/property for pre-staging walkthroughs
● Prepare design mood boards
● Restock, organize, and clean warehouse
● Advise on new interior design ideas and emerging trends
● Run general errands and support business owner
● Assist with moving furniture
What you’ll need…
● We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual who is comfortable with physically demanding tasks. The ideal candidate is adaptable, able to work independently in a warehouse setting, and thrives both in team settings and client-facing interactions
● Strong knowledge and understanding of Penny + Piper Interior’s design aesthetic
● Strong attention to detail
● Excellent organizational skills
● Ability to work quickly and efficiently in order to complete installs in a timely manner
● Excellent communication skills and ability to problem solve
● A professional, confident attitude and works well in a team environment
● Your own vehicle, vehicle insurance, and a valid US Driver’s License
● A reliable laptop that you can use for work-related tasks. Both on-site and remotely
● As part of the interview process, we will ask you to create a mock design mood board to ensure your style aligns with ours
What to expect…
● Work in all weather conditions
● Be on your feet for long periods of time
● Capacity to lift up to 90 lbs
● Significant time spent driving your own vehicle to various locations around Denver/Boulder
● Hours will vary from week to week. More hours may be required during the busy season (March - early Fall) and significantly less in the slow season (October - February).

The Operations / Administrative Coordinator is a key contributor to the success of staging projects. This involves overseeing logistics, client communication, and operational processes. This role ensures smooth project execution by managing invoicing, employee scheduling, and calendar coordination, while serving as the primary point of contact for clients. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a multi-tasking environment.
What you’ll do…
● Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and professional communication throughout the project lifecycle
● Respond to client inquiries, provide updates, and resolve issues efficiently
● Develop and manage employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing for all installs
● Coordinate and maintain a master calendar for project timelines, installations, and pickups
● Meet with current and prospective staging clients at their listing/property for pre-staging walkthroughs
● Collaborate with staging designers to understand inventory levels for the purpose of scheduling stages and destages
● Coordinate staging installations and destages (pickups)
● Troubleshoot logistical challenges and ensure projects are delivered on time
● Provide hands-on assistance during staging installations and destaging, as needed
● Maintain accurate records of project timelines
● Prepare and send invoices to clients promptly and accurately
● Track payments, follow up on outstanding invoices, and address any billing concerns
● Run general errands and support to business owner
What you’ll need…
● A customer-focused personality that is energetic, proactive, and solution-oriented
● A positive attitude dedicated to creating great experiences and building lasting relationships with clients
● Ideally 2+ years of experience in office administration, operations, project coordination, or logistics, preferably within the staging, design, or event industries
● Experience with invoicing billing
● Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Physical ability to assist with moving and arranging staging items, as needed

Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our warehouse and moving operations team at Penny + Piper Interiors. The ideal candidate is a team player with a positive attitude, ready to tackle a variety of tasks related to furniture moving, assembly, and staging installation/removal.
What you’ll do…
Warehouse Organization and Maintenance:
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse on a daily basis
Ensure all furniture and décor are correctly placed and categorized within the warehouse
Inventory Handling:
Strategically load box trucks with furniture, décor, and artwork to ensure safe transport
Deliver and install inventory in homes across the greater Denver and Boulder areas
Hang and remove artwork
Pick up (destage) inventory from homes and return items to their designated areas in our Englewood warehouse
Driving and Vehicle Maintenance:
Drive an 18-ft box truck regularly for deliveries and pickups
Take responsibility for truck maintenance, including taking it in for servicing
Ensure the truck is clean and washed to maintain a professional appearance
Furniture Assembly and Repair:
Unbox and assemble new furniture items
Repair damaged inventory to maintain product quality
Collaboration with Design Team:
Work closely and effectively with a team of designers, maintaining a professional and cooperative attitude
What you’ll need…
● Clean driving record
● Your own vehicle, vehicle insurance, and a valid US Driver’s License
● Comfortable and experience driving an 18-ft box truck in both the city and on mountains roads
● Highly efficient and aware of timelines; punctual and reliable
● Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
● Ability to lift up to 90 pounds and move heavy furniture and décor safely
● Physical capability to bend, move, and be on your feet for extended periods
● Friendly and collaborative attitude when working with designers and other team members
● Skills with basic power tools (drill, level, drill bit variations, wall anchors, etc.)
What to expect…
Hours and Schedule:
The role is seasonal, with part-time/as-needed hours from September to February (5–20 hours per week) and full-time hours from March to August (30–40 hours per week).
Work hours will vary Monday through Friday. Must be available between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with occasional changes based on business needs
Expect significant driving across Denver and Boulder areas.
Pay: $22 - $30 per hour
