In-Person Consultation – We visit your home, office, or commercial space to take measurements, photos, and review your seasonal décor goals. 3. Proposal & Service Selection – Receive a personalized quote and plan for your space. 4. Service Agreement Signature, Payment, & Booking – Confirm your project and secure your installation date. 5. Décor Sourcing & Ordering – We professionally source and purchase high-quality holiday décor tailored to your style and budget. 6. Installation – Expert holiday décor installation in homes, offices, or commercial spaces, typically completed in 3–8 hours. 7. Post-Season Takedown & Storage – Organized holiday décor takedown, with options for at-home storage or secure warehouse storage.

Due to seasonal demand, we recommend booking early. Residential and commercial bookings should be confirmed by mid-October to guarantee November installations. Limited spots are available.

We primarily serve Denver and surrounding areas in Colorado, including nearby mountain towns.

All décor is purchased and owned by the client. We handle sourcing, shopping, design, installation, takedown, and organization, ensuring your investment lasts for years to come and stays within your preferred budget.

Absolutely! We specialize in blending your current décor with new, custom-selected pieces to elevate your space while maintaining your personal style.

Yes! Here’s how it works: • After discussing your vision with one of our designers, we’ll create a custom estimate and design plan for your space. This estimate reflects the design hours required to bring your holiday vision to life. To secure your holiday styling project, the full design fee is required at the time of booking to reserve your spot on our calendar. • Once the design plan is approved, we’ll also provide a separate estimated décor budget. After you approve this amount, we’ll request payment and begin sourcing and purchasing décor on your behalf. Any unused funds from the décor budget will be reimbursed back to you. Please note that all purchases and accrued design hours are non-refundable, as each item is thoughtfully selected, ordered, and styled specifically for your space.

Our design fee depends on project scale, customization, and décor selections. Standard labor is $125/hour and will be estimated on the initial quote.

Since all décor is purchased and owned by the client, inventory costs vary depending on the scale, customization, and complexity of your design. Your designer will provide guidance to help you plan your décor budget, ensuring a luxurious and impactful result that fits your vision.

No, we specialize in interior holiday styling and seasonal décor for homes and boutique commercial spaces. We also offer front door and porch décor styling, but exterior lighting is not included.

Yes! We offer custom tablescapes and event décor as an add-on service, perfect for gatherings, corporate parties, or intimate celebrations.

Installations typically range from 3–8 hours, depending on the size and complexity of the project.

Yes! We offer two options: • Standard: Clients store décor at home; we provide labeled bins and inventory lists to stay organized year after year. • Optional Warehouse Storage: Off-season storage in our facility for a flat fee of $600 per season.

We offer organized takedown and packing. Décor can either be stored at your home with labeled bins and an inventory list, or in our optional warehouse storage for an additional fee. Takedown will be scheduled for January.

We offer professional holiday and seasonal décor styling year-round. Our most popular services include Christmas and winter holiday decorating, as well as fall, Thanksgiving, spring, and Easter.

Because each project requires a significant investment of time in planning, sourcing, and design before installation, full payment is due at booking. If you choose to cancel after booking, décor purchases are non-refundable. However, any unused design hours will be refunded. If you need to adjust your installation date, we will do our best to accommodate your schedule within the season.
