Welcome! As the co-owner and lead designer behind Penny & Piper Interiors, my entrepreneurial drive and passion for interior design has evolved into a love for transforming homes. I would describe my design style as organic modern, blending both traditional and contemporary elements to create a cohesive and cozy aesthetic. When I’m not immersing myself in the world of staging and design, you can find me spending time in the mountains, at any happy hour with a half-priced marg, or maxing out my camera roll by taking too many cute photos of my two pups.

Home Staging Process

Video
Our process begins with requesting detailed video from the agent or homeowner (one video per floor, panning every area slowly to capture all the details). This can be sent to (720) 432-0771 or to contact@pennyandpiperinteriors.com.

Approve Quote
Client to approve quote.

Contract Sent
Client to sign staging contract.

Stage
Penny + Piper completes staging installation on staging day.

Destage
Penny + Piper completes pickup of staging items prior to or on the 30-day mark.

Quote Sent
We typically send a quote within 48 hours of receipt of video(s) from the agent or homeowner. If there’s anything you’d like to add or take off the quote, please let us know and we can adjust accordingly.

Prep List Sent (for Occupied Stages Only)
Once the quote is approved, we will create and send over a Staging Prep List for the homeowner(s) to complete in full prior to staging.

Deposit Invoice Sent
Client to submit payment for deposit invoice. The installation date is locked in once contract has been signed and deposit has been received.

Invoice Sent for Remaining Balance
Remaining invoice balance is sent post-installation.

Extend Staging (if Applicable)
Staging may be extended past the initial 30-day term on a pro-rated basis with at least 7 days written notice.

Initial Walkthrough / Discovery
This is our opportunity to get to know you and your project needs! We take a look at the space(s) and discuss your vision, style, initial budget, and timeframe. Following the walkthrough we will send you a design fee estimate as well as a contract to officially onboard you as a new client.

Design Development
After the concept design meeting, we will make changes based on the feedback and recreate a new presentation. We will then have our final design meeting, presenting all selected products for approval prior to purchasing.

Installation
The best part! Once all items are received, Penny and Piper will schedule an install date for our warehouse to bring all the items to the site. Depending on the size of the project, the duration will typically take 4-5 hours. We will also bring accessories to stage for photos.

Concept Development
Once we have a good understanding of your style and preferences, we provide a visual presentation with inspirational images. This presentation includes a mood board, space planning, and furniture/material selections. The purpose of this meeting is to refine our selections and address any feedback that you may have. At this time, we will also discuss our anticipated product costs as well as third-party contractor requirements (painters, electricians, artists, etc.).

Procurement
Once the design is finalized and approved, we will begin to place orders for the items required for the project. This includes sending an invoice to the client with the items. Once the invoice has been paid in full, Penny and Piper will place the order through our vendors, track shipments, and schedule any third-party services for installation.
